Most Tuesdays & ThursdaysDivisions 1 & 2 - 5:15pm to 6:00pm (birth years 2015-2018)Divisions 3, 4, & 5 - 6:00pm to 7:00pm (birth years 2009-2014)
What to wear: comfortable & flexible clothing, wrestling shoes (non-street shoes.) Please wash hands and if you have any contagious, health concerns please do not attend.

*Practices are held at the La Plata County Fairgrounds*
*Important - Street shoes are not allowed on the wrestling mats. Parents we are depending on you to follow these rules and help your kids follow them too. We are trying to keep these mats clean and free of bacteria. Wearing shoes on the mat can cause ring-worm, impetigo, and numerous other skin infections. It is also important that the kids stay in the wrestling room at all times with the exception of a bathroom break. Parents it is your job to stay and watch your children!!
